Blu Skies Enterprises is a family-run home-buying company in Northeast Florida. We're investors, yes — but the reason we do this the way we do comes from a simple belief: a house is rarely justa house. It's an inheritance you didn't ask for. It's the home where you raised your kids. It's the rental that's worn you out. It's a decision tangled up with money, family, and timing.
